Kingdom 320 Business Review (Jeff Rutkowski) – Legit or Scam?

Today, I’ll be reviewing the Kingdom 320 training program by Jeff Rutkowski. Real estate is a massive industry and, when done right, can make you enormous income within 3-7 years. It’s hard to get it going, but when it does…boy, does it start rolling. Anyways, one of Jeff’s first students was a guy named Bill Hook. He worked as an IT director but had to leave his job because of various health issues like having a heart attack and bypass. This dude was struggling because he was living paycheck to paycheck, which is tough, especially if you are in your 50s and have a family to support…right? So, what does he decide to do? He connects with Jeff and enrolls in the Kingdom 320 training. This totally changed his life! I’m sure you want to learn more about Jeff and his training, so here’s my Kingdom 320 review. But,

Once Bill joined Jeff, he was on his way. “I’ve always loved real estate, but I didn’t know anything about it because I’ve never been involved before. I needed to join forces with someone who knows what they are doing,”  says Bill. So, Jeff became Bill’s first coach, and they would make magic happen together. These guys got their hands on fixing and flipping, renting properties, and everything they can do to earn passive income through real estate. Bill says, “It was an amazing time because I learned so much when having Jeff as my coach. We even started to coach other people and helped them by doing private lending.”  Okay, now comes Jeff’s sales pitch about his Kingdom 320 mentorship course. He starts by saying:

“Do you want a life where you can flip open your laptop, work approx. 2-3 hours per day, and spend the rest of the day with your family? Do you wish you could work from anywhere in the world?”  Jeff says he has a rock-solid, simple business model which will give you the freedom to do the things you love and doesn’t require more than 10-15 hours per week. Jeff now pitches his Kingdom 320 business! Before I continue…

Jeff makes a huge claim, saying he’s made millions of dollars in this business over 15 years and has helped hundreds of people do the same. I guess this is why he is so confident that his Kingdom 320 system works so well…right? But what is Kingdom 320? What does it offer? All I’ve gathered is that it’s a “battle plan” that sets you up to make $15K – $20k+ monthly. It’s an automated income stream, and you’ll be part of an army of Christian entrepreneurs who fully embrace Jeff Rutkowski and his mission. I’m kind of getting scared here because it’s beginning to sound more like a cult…yikes. Let’s continue,

The training has been designed and tweaked over the last few years to streamline how fast you can close your first deal. For example, Jeff claims he can help you close in the next 90 days, and it’ll be worth something like $10K to $35K. “You’re going to be working less but making way more money. However, it’s not for the lazy, and I don’t want you if you will make excuses and want something without putting any effort whatsoever.”  Ok, I get it…but how much is this thing going to cost? Jeff is saying all the right things but doesn’t mention anything about the cost…I’m not surprised. So, I went and did a bit more research to find out…

It’s weird because I see estimates of 10k to 30k depending on if you have a Live 1:1 mentorship call with Jeff, etc. Fine, let’s put the price on the sideline for a second because the central question: Is the Kingdom 320 legit? Anyone who says you can make 20K in less than 90 days is talking BS. I mean, I guess you can if you win the lotto or something, but otherwise, you should keep your money safe from Jeff Rutkowski. It’s a huge NO from me, and I’d rather you invest in other types of real estate…that’s right! Have you heard of digital real estate properties? These cost much less to start, and the return can be 10x, depending on how many you have set up. But, like everything else, you must put in the work to get going. Interested?
